We grow and pick the core ingredients to then prepare jams, sauces and dips in the shortest timeframe possible from picking. You will have the opportunity to taste these products while tasting our wines and you will be able to purchase them directly on site. From our fields to your plate, just like we like.
Jams
Organic Polignano carrot, orange, apricot, Malbec and fig jams, all of them prepared and packed on site
Oil-based dips and sauces
Sun-dried tomatoes, aubergines, artichokes and baby peppers with tuna, all of them sourced and prepared on site. They are the result of the union between our produce and our extra virgin olive oil, according to Apulian culinary tradition.
